Amber Alert Issued for 2-Year-Old Saxon Clemons Abducted in Northwest Indiana

Indiana authorities have activated a statewide AMBER Alert for a 2-year-old boy who was reportedly abducted Thursday afternoon in North Judson, a small town in Starke County about 121 miles northwest of Indianapolis.

The missing child is identified as Saxon Clemons. He is described as:

  • White male
  • 2 feet 4 inches tall
  • Weighs approximately 30 pounds
  • Blonde hair and blue eyes
  • Last seen wearing a blue and gray sweatshirt with matching blue and gray sweatpants

Saxon was last seen around 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 5, 2026, in North Judson, Indiana. Officials state that he is believed to be in extreme danger.

The suspect is Dwayne Clemons, 44 years old, described as:

  • 5 feet 9 inches tall
  • Approximately 180 pounds
  • Brown hair and brown eyes
  • Last seen driving a silver 2017 Chevrolet Trailblazer with Indiana license plate CRS242

The alert was requested by the Starke County Sheriff’s Department and issued early Friday morning, February 6, 2026.
